We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Manager to lead our high-performance team. Your mission? To deliver top-tier customer service, oversee daily operations, and ensure every vehicle leaves our shop in peak condition.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians and service advisors

Ensure service work is completed efficiently and meets high-quality standards

Foster a customer-first approach, addressing concerns and providing expert recommendations

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, repairs, and service history

Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Required Experience & Skills:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Manager

Strong knowledge of automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics

Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales/service goals

Exceptional communication and customer service skills

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
