The Activities Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programs, schedules, and calendars, overseeing all recreational activities while considering guest needs and preferences to enhance the wellbeing and engagement of guests.

The goal is to provide engaging, fun, and enriching experiences for the hotel’s guests. Activities Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations for events, managing budget for activities including sourcing affordable resources and keeping track of expenses and revenue made from activities. Promoting upcoming events and activities to guests and colleagues through the relevant platforms.

Duties will also include overseeing the activities during execution to ensure everything runs smoothly and safely, ensuring participants are engaged and enjoying activities and gathering feedback to improve future events and activities.

Candidate should have outgoing personality, planning skills and should be warm, personable and friendly with Guests and co-workers. Candidate must possess strong team morale, team building, and verbal and written communication skills. Additional important skills include, creativity, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of people. Candidate should enjoy interactions with guests. Very detailed oriented, organized and willing to work with the team to provide fun activities for adults and children.
