Job Title: Machine Operator $20/HR.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring production efficiency, and adhering to safety standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This will be day shift on 12 hour alternating schedules:

One Week: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 5:00AM to 5:00PM

Next Week: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 5:00AM to 5:00PM

Those that work on Saturday can be subject to OT on Sunday as well.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

- Follow production schedules and adjust machine settings to meet specifications.

- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machine operation is a plus.

- Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
