Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Building Superintendent for our client in San Diego County. This is an opportunity to lead major construction projects with a company that values safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Location: San Diego County, CA

Pay: $130,000–$140,000 annually

Oversee all aspects of construction operations including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control

Enforce OSHA 30, company safety protocols, and site compliance standards

Lead job site personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and safety

Manage RFIs, change orders, daily logs, and inspection documentation

Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and project managers to resolve on-site challengesWhat We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in construction site supervision

Proven track record with commercial, industrial, and institutional builds

OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid certifications required

Proficient in blueprint reading and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office)

Must be local to San Diego County and able to work on-site full-time
