Router Cell Machine Operator

What We're Looking For:

3 or 5 Axis Mill/Router Experience: Your expertise with Mill/Router machines is essential. While other CNC experience is a plus, we need your specific skills to shine here.

Tool Change Experience: Show us your proficiency in tool changes and keep our operations running smoothly.

In-Cell Inspection Experience: While many entry-level candidates may lack this, your ability to perform in-cell inspections will set you apart. Typically, quality or setup operators handle inspections, but we value your hands-on experience.

Setup Experience (Preferred but Not Required): While true setup experience is rare, any familiarity with setups is highly desirable.

Job Shop Experience: We prefer candidates with job shop experience over those from massive production environments. Your ability to handle diverse parts and cycles will be a great asset.

Attention to Detail & Good Attendance: These qualities are non-negotiable. We need someone who is meticulous and reliable.
