MONDAY TO FRIDAY 08:00 - 17:00

FLEXIBILITY TO WORK NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS IS A MUST

£14.25 PER HOUR

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Supervisor to join our well-established client based at their site in Leeds.

This role is an excellent opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid FLT licence.

Day to Day Duties

Manage the warehouse operations teams

Operate a Forklift truck

Quality check deliveries

Unload and load vehicles

Communicate efficiently and effective with the team ensuring targets are met

Work to tight deadlines

Communicate with other departments

Ensure health and safety standards are exceeded throughout the operation

Manual handling

General warehouse duties

Essential Skills

Valid FLT licence

Valid Driving licence

Warehouse experience and knowledge

Positive 'can do' attitude

Ability to manage time and expectations

Excellent communication skills

Good time keeping

Strong team player

Ability to work from own initiative

Desirable Experience

Experience of supervising a large team of warehouse operatives and FLT Drivers is desirable.

Training

Interviews and assessments may be required for this role

On the job training will be provided once successful

Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
