Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscaping Field Supervisor to lead our onsite teams and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily landscaping operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate and oversee the work of landscaping crews, providing guidance and support as needed.

Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and procurement of materials.

Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Train and mentor new team members, fostering a collaborative and productive team culture.

Prepare and submit reports on project progress, resource allocation, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the landscaping or related industry.

Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Valid driver’s license.

Certification in horticulture or related field is a plus.
