Cincinnati College Preparatory Academy (CCPA) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. Position Overview
Reporting directly to the School Principal, the Assistant Principal helps lead instructional and operational efforts by:
Supporting staff and student achievement
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and high-performing school culture
Implementing school-wide policies and initiatives
Fostering effective communication among students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of curriculum, assessments, and instructional best practices
Lead staff development, coaching, and evaluation processes
Monitor and analyze academic data to improve student performance
Ensure effective behavioral and discipline systems
Foster strong relationships with families and community partners
Uphold school-wide expectations and maintain a positive school climate
Serve as an administrative liaison and support school operations
Assist with scheduling, assessments, attendance, and emergency protocols
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Ohio Principal License or appropriate administrative licensure
Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate staff and inspire student success
Proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and school operations
Work Environment:
Fast-paced K-12 public charter school setting
Involves regular interaction with students, families, teachers, and administrators
