Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Craftsman to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to maintaining the high standards of Uncle Larry's Rustic Inn.

Responsibilities:

Station Management: Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner.

Quality Control: Ensure that food is prepared to high quality standards and presented in a timely fashion.

Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and prompt service.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory and stock rotation to ensure all ingredients are fresh and of high quality.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role in a restaurant setting.

Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Culinary school diploma is a plus but not required.

Must have or be willing to obtain relevant food safety certifications.

Physical Requirements:
