Compensation: Earning potential between $75,000 - $200k in the first year

Employment Type: 1099

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential customers and generate leads

Conduct door-to-door sales and effectively communicate the benefits of Goat Roofing and Restoration's services

Assess roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions to customers

Climbing ladders and walking on various roof pitches to perform inspections and provide accurate estimates (unless afraid of heights then a team member will assist or we will train you on a drone)

Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Participate in weekly meetings, quarterly team events, and sales competitions.

Extraordinary customer service and relationship building skills

Excellent time management skills to assist customers from start to finish on projects.

Carry yourself in a professional manner. Well groomed, dressed, and on time to meetings and appointments.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

Ability to climb ladders and walk on various roof pitches.

Self-driven and motivated to excel.

Prior experience in roofing sales is a plus, but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Great salesmanship abilities.

Strong conversation starter.
