Endeavor Health is seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in need of structured outpatient support.

Position Highlights:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for patients in PHP/IOP.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide education to patients and families.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of behavioral health services.

Work in a structured yet flexible setting that allows for meaningful patient engagement without overnight or on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education: DO or MD from accredited residency program

Certification & Licensure:

Current medical license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).

Board certification or Board eligible

DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or a related field preferred.

Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
