Supports patient care in the pre-anesthesia and OR areas by gathering supplies and equipment, assisting with room turnover, setting up specialty beds as needed, and transporting patients, instrumentation and supplies. Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the environment in the OR suite in accordance to regulations set forth by department and hospital policy.

PAY RANGE: $19.27 - $24.95

Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Must be currently enrolled in a registered nurse associate or baccalaureate degree program; or first year accredited Surgical Technologist program.

2. Experience: If in nursing school, must have completed one clinical semester in an approved school of nursing

3. License/Certification: American Heart Association BLS/CPR Certification required.
