Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Complete all opening duties as assigned
· Clear and re-set tables with attention to detail according to restaurant standards
· Properly stock all side stations to par, according to restaurant standards
· Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all service areas, dining room floors, guest restrooms, and paths of service
· Keep the linen storage areas clean and stocked
· Assist the dishwashers in maintaining order of plates and glassware in the dish room
· Complete end of night closing side-work as per restaurant standards
· Are organized and proficient at multi-tasking
· Have a polished and well-groomed appearance
· Are a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
· Have strong verbal communication skills
· Are committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
· Have open availability to work days, nights and weekends
