Software Engineer III, Google Threat Intelligence, Google Cloud

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.

+ 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.

+ 2 years of experience in building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).

Preferred qualifications:

+ Experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python, Go, Java).

+ Experience in working with data pipelines (e.g., MapReduce, Apache Beam, Apache Hadoop, Google Dataflow, etc.) or Google Cloud Platform.

+ Design, develop and implement new features and enhancements for our platform, ensuring robust and secure solutions.

+ Contribute to the design and implementation of systems to process, analyze, and store threat intelligence data.

+ Work with security experts to understand their needs and translate them into features.

+ Identify opportunities to optimize performance, scalability and user experience.
