Objectives of the Role: * Gain an understanding of Blue Mountain's products and services.
* Support the team in generating and nurturing leads to help grow the sales pipeline.
* Practice explaining the company's value to potential customers in a clear and simple way.
* Assist in identifying potential customers and new sales opportunities * Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to the sales team for further follow-up.
Responsibilities: * Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to support the development of targeted account plans, helping to set up productive sales meetings.
* Use CRM tools (Dynamics CRM) and ZoomInfo to gather data and assist in prioritizing and engaging high-value accounts.
* Help execute account-based and persona-specific campaigns through LinkedIn, email, content marketing, events, direct mail, and paid media channels.
* Assist in creating and distributing engaging content aimed at targeted personas, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
* Support the optimization of our technology stack for targeted outreach, automation, and measurement.
* Participate in analyzing and refining outreach campaigns to improve success and implement best practices.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
* Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, social media (LinkedIn), and face-to-face interactions.
* Proficiency with sales and marketing technology * Strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
