The Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Events & Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of client-facing marketing events and assist with light social media coordination. This is a dynamic role that blends logistical planning with creative contributionideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves organization, and enjoys being part of both behind-the-scenes execution and visible brand moments.

Youll work closely with our Events team to help bring experiences to life, from pre-event logistics to onsite support. Youll also contribute to our digital marketing efforts by gathering content, drafting posts, and keeping campaign calendars on track.

Key Responsibilities

Event Support & Logistics

Assist with planning and executing event schedules, attendee lists, and day-of logistics

Help manage setup, transitions, and behind-the-scenes elements that enhance attendee experience

Coordinate shipping, packing, and organizing materials for event kits, signage, and onsite supplies

Support vendor coordination (e.g., catering, transportation, photography)

Capture light content (photos, quotes, notes) for post-event recaps and social sharing

Help track event performance and organize post-event documentation

Briefing & Meeting Coordination

Manage scheduling, logistics, and prep for recurring briefings and internal meetings

Maintain templates and guides to ensure consistency across programs

Gather inputs, prep agendas, and follow up on action items across stakeholders

Support attendee communications and ensure timely calendar holds, updates, and reminders

Social Media Content Support

Assist with scheduling and publishing social posts tied to events, campaigns, and company updates

Collect photos, videos, and quotes from events for use in digital content

Draft post copy that aligns with brand tone and strategy

Keep campaign calendars and trackers up to date

Monitor basic post-performance and share simple metrics or insights

Inventory & Admin Operations

Organize and maintain inventory of event materials and supplies

Track replenishment needs and assist with restocks or shipments

Maintain internal checklists, templates, and shared resources to streamline repeatable execution

Qualifications

13 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or social media

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with event planning, marketing tools, and creative collaboration

Self-starter with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
