Due to the recent promotion of our current administrator, Dove Healthcare - Spooner has an opportunity for an experienced administrator that values quality and customer service to lead our 75-bed skilled nursing center.

As the administrator, you will:

oversee the successful operations of our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center

support department directors and employees in providing exceptional quality of care

ensure regulatory compliance

manage attached Dove Healthcare Business Center

Required Qualifications:

bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or adequate experience in a healthcare setting

current Wisconsin licensed nursing home administrator or be in the process of obtaining a license
