Role Overview:

Monitor and evaluate text, images, videos, and links for compliance with community standards
Apply moderation rules consistently across all content formats
Manage user appeals with professionalism and transparency
Work closely with internal teams to uphold regulatory compliance
Observe and assess user activity to detect potential risks and improve preventive measures
Suggest enhancements to moderation tools and workflows for better performance
Requirements:
Proficiency in French (C2 level)
Proficiency in English (B1 level)
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
At least one year of experience in customer support
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
