Remuneration: Salary + Benefits
Main Duties:
Perform financial postings and basic bookkeeping tasks
Manage petty cash, including recording and reconciliation
Liaise with suppliers for orders, deliveries and invoice follow-up
Supervise and be the point of contact for cleaning staff
Create and manage rosters for cleaning staff
Handle purchasing of office stationery and supplies
Coordinate and book flights for staff and guests as required
Order and arrange catering/food for guests and meetings
Perform telephone and front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
Re-ordering of consumables such as canteen supplies, uniforms and stationery
Other ad hoc tasks as needed from time to time
What skills do you need?
An A Level standard of education
A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Practical understanding of basic bookkeeping
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
Computer literacy and good command of MS Office Applications
Confident and pro-active in carrying out ones duties
Extremely organised
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
