We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large amounts of data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and company systems
Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry
Maintain and organize electronic and physical records
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
Generate reports and assist with data-related projects as needed
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Communicate with internal departments to gather and clarify information
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer or data entry training is a plus
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
Proficiency in typing with excellent speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Good communication and time management skills
