The Field Service Technician will be based out of our Jacksonville, Florida office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of their HVAC, Refrigeration, and cooking equipment.

Responsibilities:

Equipment Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, walk in coolers/freezers, dish machines, fryers, mixers, tilt skillets, and HVAC systems.

Support the client – Oversee all network services and perform tests on equipment and circuits. Troubleshoot issues and resolve any requests or concerns that come up in a timely manner. Perform tests to ensure systems are error-free. Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and gas related issues with commercial kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree or certification preferred

Experience a minimum of 2-5 years in repairing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.

Ability to build strong relationships with the customer and display excellent communication skills

Ability to manage your workflow in a timely and consistent manager

Ability to lift to 55 pounds

Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

Preferred relevant certifications such as EPA 608, CFESA (Commercial Food Equipment Service Associate) in gas, electrical, steam, refrigeration, or electrical.

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record as outlined with our company policy.

Must be able to pass a satisfactory background and drug screening.

Computer skills including Microsoft office

Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
