As a Training Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality training solutions that empower learners and drive results. You will work collaboratively with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs across various delivery methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and target audiences.
Design instructional strategies and develop storyboards and scripts.
Create engaging and interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Develop supplementary training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments.
Incorporate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, audio, and video) to enhance learning and engagement.
Review and revise training materials based on feedback and evaluation data.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in instructional design and training content development.
Proven ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong visual design skills and the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly content.
Expertise in using e-learning authoring tools (specify preferred tools).
Experience with video and audio production and editing is a plus.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
