Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

· Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential leads.

· Present and promote CleanE Dumpster’s services to prospective clients.

· Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and company goals.

· Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

About You

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Must live in Columbus.

· An Associate Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales. Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· Should have at least 3 years of sales experience; prior experience selling to large general contractors, roofing companies, restoration and water damage contractors, general contractors, and home remodelers is preferred but not required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of computer software.

· Ability to create basic marketing materials is desirable but not required.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

· Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
