Warehouse and E-commerce Operations Assistant Manager will be responsible in managing our warehouse operation and to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to our customers, manage our warehouse inventory and work with all areas of business to ensure stock level and proper management are met. This role will help increase your deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, production and logistics
Warehouse Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound goods.
Implement warehouse organization standards to maximize efficiency and storage utilization.
Monitor production schedules and implements accordingly
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counting, stock reconciliations, and audits.
Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, excesses, or slow-moving stock, and make recommendations for corrective action.
Work closely with purchasing and procurement teams to optimize inventory replenishment and forecasting strategies.
E-commerce Order Fulfillment:
Manage the entire order fulfillment cycle, from order placement to shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
Regularly audit the order management system to ensure accuracy of inventory levels, order status, and product listings.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate inventory counts through system management, stock reconciliations, and audits.
Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages, excesses, or slow-moving stock, and make recommendations for corrective action.
Work closely with purchasing and procurement teams to optimize inventory replenishment and forecasting strategies.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate warehouse and e-commerce fulfillment processes to identify areas of improvement.
Recommend and implement best practices, SOPs, and workflow improvements to enhance operational productivity and accuracy.
Identify, analyze, and resolve operational challenges, escalating critical issues as necessary.
Technology and System Management:
Oversee the management and optimal use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce order management platforms.
Troubleshoot technical issues in coordination with IT or technical support teams.
Job Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Relevant certifications (such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar) would be advantageous.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce fulfillment.
Experience managing or supervising a team.
Prior exposure to e-commerce platforms, fulfillment processes, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with inventory tracking software, barcode scanners, and other relevant logistics technologies.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and software would be beneficial.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of training, mentoring, and motivating teams.
