French Interpreter - On-Site

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and reliable French interpreter to support human resources processes, with a focus on in-person interpretation during interviews, onboarding sessions, and HR-related communications. This role requires flexibility and a strong commitment to clear, culturally sensitive communication.

Responsibilities:

Provide consecutive interpretation between French and English or Spanish during in-person interviews and HR meetings.

Support the onboarding and hiring processes by ensuring accurate and clear communication.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Arrive on time and fully prepared for each assignment.

Be available to travel within Georgia and surrounding areas as needed.

Requirements:

Fluency in French and English or Spanish (spoken and listening comprehension).

Prior experience in HR settings or interviews is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Availability to work on-site and travel as needed. (This is not a remote position.)

Authorization to work as an independent contractor (1099 status).

Reliable transportation and strong time management.
