Description:
SUMMARY Performs skilled, complex work in the repair, maintenance and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Installs, maintains and repairs heating, ventilating, air conditioning and steam distribution equipment and systems.
- Operates a variety of equipment as needed to perform work.
- Installs, maintains and repairs computerized electronic pneumatic devices related to HVAC Control.
- Prepares sketches showing location of wiring and equipment or follows diagrams or blueprints.
- Load, transport and unload material, tools, equipment and supplies.
- Maintains tools and equipment.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.
Performs other duties as required.
