Senior Art Producer

As an Art Producer, you make sure that all priorities and timelines for your projects are clear, that workflows are optimized, and that final art quality is top-notch. In this role you will

- Work with the Art Director to ensure that art teams deliver assets of the highest quality.

- Create and maintain the art project schedule by continuously aligning with other project leads, making sure we always deliver on time.

- Work closely with product managers, game designers, artists, developers, and other specialists to establish the best production pipeline and practices for ensuring smooth production.

- Monitor production processes and implement ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness wherever possible.

- Maintain a motivated and relaxed atmosphere in the work environment among everyone on the project, and resolve any issues quickly and amicably.

- Oversee external contractors and service providers, managing budgets, quality, and timeliness.

What we're looking for

- Working knowledge of at least one game art discipline (3D, animation, UI...) with sufficient understanding of all game art disciplines.

- Ability to give constructive feedback on all game areas, primarily art.

- Ability to accept feedback and adapt accordingly.

- Organizational, leadership, and project management skills.

- Proactive, pragmatic, and autonomous approach to work and problem-solving.

- Ability to recognise areas for improvement and the flexibility to adapt within an agile working environment.

- Ability to implement best video game production practices in workflows, and to constantly optimize production.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your communication style to different situations and different people.

- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus, especially Autodesk Shotgrid.

- Solid work ethic and positive attitude when faced with challenging situations.

- Attention to detail at all stages and levels of production.

Your experience

- 5 years minimum experience as a Game Artist, with at least 3 years of experience in a management role or leading projects.

Compensation

Compensation will be constructed of a salary and an option to receive performance bonuses
