Job Description

Dimensions of Positions:

Work from schedules and instructions to dump required mix into bins, fill tooling with correct mix or mixes, using specialized funnels, levelling devices and integrators, vibrate tooling to settle mix, cap and band the mold.

Prepare pieces for dipping as needed

Load Cure ovens based on process instruction sheets, schedules, and instructions.

Use hoist to load pieces on tubes, separating pieces by product type and using curing spikes as needed.

Monitor cure control, notifying maintenance, supervisor and leads if problems occur.

Follow all Quality Assurance and Safety standards, strictly adhering to all procedures.

Make stencil card, stencil each piece with product code, blend number and burn number as needed

Watch for defects and rejects as needed

Use production print to fill pieces to the proper specifications, measuring sleeve levels and seat levels with tape measure.

**Must be able to work in variable departments**

Qualifications & Experience:

High school graduate or GED equivalent

Must be able to work with minimum supervision, be able to perform repetitive lights, good detail skills, able to handle multiple tasks, get along with co-workers, and accept instruction when needed

Knowledge of basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide, decimals, fractions) and pass Math test I

Minimum of 3 weeks training with experienced press operator. Must be able to read and interpret production prints

Physical Requirements:

Walking short distances through the department/building.

Use hands/arms to operate required equipment.

Lift objects up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.

Continuously stand, stoop, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, etc.
