Lead Catering Staff

We are a busy Catering and Events company seeking to hire on Lead Catering Staff. Work with the best in the business and become a valued team member. We focus on weddings, corporate meetings and other large-scale events. In this role you will lead and supervise staff to ensure client satisfaction through proper food and beverage service and presentation. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Leading an event from start to finish, ensuring guest satisfaction

Assist with planning, packing, delivery and set up of events

Assist in maintaining and monitoring equipment inventory

Training and development of new catering team members

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry

Capable of working independently and solving problems effectively

Must be open to working weekends, holidays and offset hours

Exceptional organizations and multi-tasking skills

Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverage

Punctuality and reliability are a must
