Pay: $1,400 – $1,600 per week

Schedule: Full-time OTR Nationwide Routes

About the Role

Central Texas Recruiting is looking for experienced OTR Class A CDL Company Drivers to support our client based in Springfield, Ohio. This position offers solid pay, consistent miles, and great equipment—perfect for motivated drivers looking for stability and rewards.

Key Details & Routes

Nationwide OTR (primarily east of I-35)

100% no-touch freight

50–60% drop & hook 40–50% live unload

Average 2,000–2,200 miles/week (dependent on HOS & availability)

No forced dispatch to NYC

Equipment: 2021+ Freightliners, Cascadias, or Kenworths

Average haul length: 400 miles

Pay & Bonuses

Base Pay: $0.57–$0.64 CPM

Detention Pay: $12.50/hour (after first 2 hours)

Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Performance Bonus: Up to $0.03 CPM for safety, mileage & productivity

Sign-On Bonus: $500 after first load + $500 after 30 days (must be active & seated at payout)

Vacation Package

1 Year = 1 week paid vacation

3 Years = 2 weeks paid vacation

7 Years = 3 weeks paid vacation

15 Years = 4 weeks paid vacation

Qualifications & Requirements

Licensing:

️ Active Class A CDL

Experience:

️ Minimum of 3 months CDL experience
