Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load + $500 after 30 days

Nationwide Freight: Runs across all 48 states, mostly east of I-35

100% No-Touch Freight: 50–60% drop & hook, 40–50% live unload

No Forced Dispatch into NYC

Reliable Miles: Average 2,000–2,200 miles weekly

Average Haul Length: 400 miles

Equipment & Support

2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths

24/7 Operations Support – Assistance whenever you need it

Pay & Bonuses

Base Pay: $0.57–$0.64 CPM (based on experience)

️ Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours

️ Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day

Performance Bonus: Up to +$0.03 CPM for safety, mileage & productivity

Vacation Package

1 Year: 1 week paid vacation

3 Years: 2 weeks paid vacation

7 Years: 3 weeks paid vacation

15 Years: 4 weeks paid vacation

Qualifications & Requirements

License:

Active Class A CDL

Experience:

Minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience

Location Requirement:

Must reside within a commutable distance of Shippensburg, PA
