The Utility Locating and Damage Prevention Trainer will direct and teach all in class and field training of specified curriculum in order to prepare new locating technicians for field training and all needed certifications. The Trainer will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Training and work with
Operations in order to effectively meet the needs of the new locating technicians and the curriculum milestones. The trainer will work to improve the quality of continued development. They will be responsible for maintaining an organized classroom environment and all developmental reporting.

Requirements:
● Relocation is mandatory (live within 30 miles of Fredericksburg, VA)
● Exceptional quality standing
● All certifications needed to locate underground pipeline and additional facilities
● Multiple years locating and pipeline technician experience
● Multiple years (2-3 years preferred) of supervising locating and pipeline technicians
● High School Diploma or equivalency (GED)
● Multiple years locating and pipeline technician experience
● Multiple years (2-3 years preferred) of supervising locating and pipeline technicians
