Full-Time Housekeeper - Ponte Vedra, FL

A family in Ponte Vedra, FL is looking for a full-time housekeeper. This is a Monday through Friday role, with a guaranteed 30-40 hours per week, the family is flexible on exact start and end time each day. The home is about 23,000 square feet with bedrooms and bathrooms, however only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are used regularly by the principals and their grown daughter. The family has an estate manager who you will work with to create and implement regular cleaning, and maintenance schedules. The family has a non-shedding dog.

Responsibilities

Overall housekeeping, cleaning, and tidying of the 2300 sq ft home

Washing the linens, ironing as needed, and making the beds

Keeping track of household stock and inventory

Working with estate manager on cleaning and maintenance schedules

Qualifications

Trustworthy and reliable

Good communicator

Self-starter and proactive

Detail oriented and organized

Proactive while open to direction

Requirements

Legal to work in the US

At least 5 years experience as a housekeeper in high-end homes

Comfortable around dogs

Salary and Benefits
