Restaurant and Bar Assistant Managers

Join our dynamic team in Dallas! We're seeking a proactive and bilingual Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and drive business growth in our Restaurant/Sportsbar.

Responsibilities: Manage daily operations (bar, kitchen, customer areas), uphold high standards, develop employees, handle administrative/financial tasks, and ensure excellent guest experiences for our Dallas patrons.

Requirements: Previous management experience, full bilingual proficiency (written/oral), Manager's TABC & Food Management certifications, availability for a 50-55 hour week.

Compensation & Benefits: $50-55K salary, excellent bonus potential (13 periods), health, disability, 401K, paid leave, sick leave.
