Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist therapists and trainers with therapy modalities and patient care as needed

Maintain equipment and treatment area in a safe, clean and orderly fashion

Occasional driving between OrthoNeuro facilities or to business-related areas

Other duties as assigned

Certificates, Licenses, and/or Registrations

Valid Ohio Driver's license or valid driver's license from another state and ability to secure an Ohio Driver's License within 30 days of assuming this job. Must maintain in force at all times personal automobile liability insurance coverage at levels acceptable to the company.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Written and Oral Communication

Simple messages communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.

Knowledge

Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures with ability to apply in routine situations.

Collaboration/Service Orientation

Has frequent contact with others outside of workgroup, both inside and outside the organization. Results have major implications on the management and operations of an area within a department.

Decisions may affect a work unit or area within a department. May contribute to business and operational decisions that affect the department.

Work progress is monitored by manager. Follows precedents and procedures. May set priorities and organize work within general guidelines established by manager who is available to resolve problems.
