Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Weekly meetings (varies) with clients & DOC

Issue CO’s & RFI’s to clients through Procore

Updates schedules with DOC and distribute to clients & subs through Procore

Set-up Procore with DOC

Travel:

Minimum travel to projects, client meetings, job-site meetings & walk-thru’s

It would on a per project basis

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Interface with project contractors, architects, engineers, and clients

Negotiate with subcontractors

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

Familiarity with Procore software a plus

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills
