Business Support Agent with Dutch (KONE Business Services)

Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in France.

What will be your role?

In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of billing processes and data administration.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Validate and enter data to SAP and Salesforce

Communicate via email and phone with customers and colleagues in Belgium

Collaborate effectively with your team

Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

Your skills and qualifications:

Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and affinity for working with data

Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas

Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment

Aspiration to learn and develop

Team player with ability to work autonomously

Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

From 1 300 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications
