Education
Master degree, Prefer MBA in Sales & Marketing
Technical knowledge

Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Power sector, preferably with renewable experience.
Responsibilities / Authorities
Primary Functions
Leads Business Development for Power & Utilities and renewable sector.
This includes the commercial & sales development activities such as market Surveys, support to network, proposals, tender etc.
Establishes sales strategies to develop business in renewable sector through a deep understanding of the client’s business needs in this market.
Development and maintenance of all Energy projects, opportunities & tenders,
Full accountability of the sales & Revenue budget output
Steers and coordinates market sector tribe / network.
Ensures a good level of satisfaction of the clients of the market
Identification, preparation and submission of pre-qualification, expression of interest, offers & tenders. This includes offer and contract review.
Management and grow with key accounts as may be defined by S&M Director and IND Director.
Support BV offices with marketing tools such as presentation material, profile, catalogue, reference list, completion/appreciation letters, etc.
Support BV Operations Teams to build local skills and develop competencies for the relevant Services during CAPEX and OPEX phases of projects, from Permitting, to Design & procurement, to Construction & Commissioning, and to Operation of the plant.

Developing the strategy, sales and revenues of P&U market
Experience of business development in P&U market
Experience dealing with both public sector companies and Private sector companies for tendering, negotiations and finalizations
Travel within the region as per business need.

Should be a ‘Go to Market’ attitude personnel with ability to connect people, client contacts at higher level & should be able to convert contacts into business.
HSE Requirements

Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative
Report immediately to HSE Representative and Business Line Manager any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
Report immediately to HSE Representative and Business Line Manager any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
Reporting all incidents and acting whenever they see an unsafe act or condition
Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
