Mission Statement
Lead the execution of major HV Dead Tank, Live Tank & PASS breaker product portfolio and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements, financial targets as well as scheduled commitments
Main Accountabilities:
Project leadership:
Ensuring the project execution approach in coordination with internal stakeholders, execution planning and monitoring and control of both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Project Execution and Control:
Review of Contract, Terms & Conditions, PO and quote
Preparation of project specific risk, and opportunities management
Preparation of project wise Master document list
Coordination with customer account payable team to ensure accounts receivable are collected on time.
Follow-up on Material shipment, material receipt at site and acknowledgment from sites for submission of Milestone billings (if any)
Closely coordinate and document change requests related to Scope of Work and get approvals for time extension, additional cost etc
Invoice per contract and defined INCOTERMS
Project handing over, as-built drawings, commercial closure and collection of PAC, close out any open items
Payment follows up with Customers to avoid overdue
Project Margin review and analysis
Be single point of contact for customer
Lead reoccurring meetings with customers to inform any project progress Principles:
Adhere to the project management processes in the organization
Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines
Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team
Ensure IS security policy followed in the team
Acts as role model within organization. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience in project execution is preferred.
Should possess strong leadership skills and ability to convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
Ability to work under pressure to deliver the projects with time, cost and quality.
Self-motivated
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Microsoft Office Skills are must
SAP & Power BI knowledge is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
