Responsibilities

Revolution is now hiring for a Production Shift Supervisor position in Stuttgart, AR. Here is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing company that allows you to have an immediate impact on the organization.

Actively promote plant safety and environmental programs and procedures.

Conduct routine inspections of the facility grounds and structures to identify and initiate corrective action for safety and environmental discrepancies, as well as physical and systems discrepancies.

Coordinate manufacturing activities to insure production and product quality meet specifications.

Inspect equipment and product to ensure optimum safety, utilization, and quality. Communicate with all employees concerning safety, scheduling, problem solving, overtime, vacations, and training.

Review and support master scheduling process to meet production needs.

Plan process activities and follow established priorities in regard to procedures, equipment capabilities, process team performance and staffing levels.

Review, analyze, and act to correct non-conformance in areas of safety, production, policies, and procedures.

Lead, coach, and support line process teams in their efforts to improve quality, increase flexibility and reduce costs.

Conduct required team meetings and safety training.

Provide feedback to hourly employees on job performance.

Promote and implement our Core Values daily.

Ability to understand and work well with team members, both in operations & support teams.

Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.

One-year supervisory experience preferred.

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Understanding of manufacturing processes and working knowledge of plant equipment and safety

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history.

A self-motivated individual that is able to multi-task and lead others.
