Sales & Senior Sales Executives

JOB DETAILS: Job Description Our client is looking for Sales & Senior Sales Executives with experience in liner sales, shipping lines, freight forwarding, or ship agency operations.

This role requires a results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in liner shipping and freight forwarding.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.

Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.

Key Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.

Excellent relationship management and networking skills.

Market knowledge of Uganda’s logistics and shipping industry.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Strategic thinking and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of experience in liner shipping, freight forwarding, or ship agency.

Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Extensive industry network and market insights within Uganda.

Experience working with both local and international client
