Role Overview:

JLL's is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Director to lead our Occupancy Planning & Management (OPM) team for a large, national account. This pivotal role will drive transformational change in workplace strategies, optimizing space utilization and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple agencies. You will serve as the functional representative for OPM across the account and act as a trusted advisor to the Account Director and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement OPM strategies aligned with client’s objectives

Foster relationships with senior stakeholders

Lead high-level negotiations and presentations for new business opportunities

Drive innovation in workplace solutions

Oversee OPM services across the client’s portfolio

Implement best practices in space planning and workplace optimization

Develop and monitor KPIs for continuous service improvement

Review and update project status reports on seat demand and capacity forecasts

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of OPM professionals

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes

Manage budgets and financial performance for the OPM function

Identify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion

Develop pricing strategies for new and existing services

You will have:

Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Understanding of floorplans and AI-related knowledge

Excellent communication and presentation skills at all leadership levels

Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans

Expertise in creating accurate planning reports for Corporate Real Estate decisions

Ability to navigate complex organizations and drive change

Proficiency in CAFM systems and space planning software

Commitment to sustainability and workplace well-being principles

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
