Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Manager - Outlet role:
Manage the operations of the outlet, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability
Support with recruitment to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence
Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team
Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience
Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence
Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards
