If you hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and have experience working in a classroom setting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.

Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive, nurturing environment for children.

Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's individual growth and development.

Monitor and document children's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and our centers standards for high-quality early education.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).

At least 1-2 years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual children's needs.
