Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Description

My client is a beauty manufacturer looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team on a full-time permanent basis in Groveport, OH.

Responsibilities:

Conduct skilled and semi-skilled maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing material handling equipment, performing basic electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting work, as well as moving and setting up office furniture.

Ensure the building, equipment, shop, and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and in good condition.

Complete work orders accurately, detailing tasks performed and tracking parts and inventory used.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all work order activities in alignment with CMMS requirements, ensuring accurate records of maintenance performed.

Requirements:

Possession of a high school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

Minimum of 3 years of facilities and/or maintenance experience such as forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC and DC.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical drawings.

Proven track record of strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
