Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant

Job Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant in Tampa, Florida. The chosen candidate will be a key player in our ERP Implementation project, providing expertise in Oracle HCM and enterprise security planning.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Oracle HCM expertise in ERP implementation projects

• Assist in the planning and implementation of enterprise security for Oracle HCM

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure successful ERP implementation

• Identify and resolve any issues related to Oracle HCM implementation

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle HCM and enterprise security best practices

• Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines

• Monitor the progress of the Oracle HCM implementation and make adjustments as necessary

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders regarding the status of the implementation

• Continually improve processes and procedures related to Oracle HCM implementation

• Ensure all activities comply with enterprise security standards.• Proficiency in Oracle HCM is a must-have for this role. The candidate should have a deep understanding of all the functionalities of this software for effective implementation.

• Experience in Enterprise Security is required. The candidate should have the capability to ensure the Oracle HCM system is secure and mitigate any potential security risks.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. The candidate should be capable of integrating Oracle HCM with other ERP systems effectively.

• The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully implementing Oracle HCM in a large organization.

• Excellent problem-solving skills are needed. The candidate should be able to identify potential issues during the implementation process and devise effective solutions.

• Strong communication skills are required. The candidate should be able to articulate technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications in Oracle HCM will be considered a plus.

• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the same industry will be considered an advantage.

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. The candidate should be able to collaborate with other team members effectively and also take the initiative when necessary.
