Description

is looking to backfill and add an individual to their IT Support team. These individuals will be providing hands on as well as remote support to the employee base has locally. This includes regular employees as well as occasionally the C Suite user too. Technicians must be capable of providing hands on desktop support for fixing issues with hardware, imaging a device, troubleshooting peripherals as well as handle remote troubleshooting via a remote desktop tool or Microsoft Teams.

Magna is a growing company and positioned well to enter the EV space thru it\'s partnership with Fisker. These roles will be long term and give technicians a chance to grow their skills and join the organization as FTE\'s eventually.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule - most guys come in 3 days and work from home 2. May start off more on site, but gives his guys the freedom to work from home once he feels comfortable with it. When things return to normal it will be 5 days on site in Troy, MI.
