Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Preparation of cold and hot dishes
Cooking, plating/packaging with attention to detail and presentation
Stock control - stock counts, stock receiving and checking, wastage, spoilage and portion control
Maintaining health, safety and hygiene standards
Managing food safety standards
Any other ad hoc duties required by management

Requirements:
2 years experience in a CDP role
Able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
Matric
Diploma or certificate in Hospitality will be advantageous
