Automation Engineer I

We are now looking for an Automation Engineer I. This position is located in Changshu, China.

What you will do

Manage the auto maintenance work related to auto systems, field equipment, process control systems

Make prevent maintenance activities and monitoring the performance

Management of spare part so that the necessary parts are available when needed

Work with other team members to finish weekly and monthly maintenance work

Coordinate area specific maintenance tasks during big shutdown

Coordinate area specific trouble shooting process with other teams from PRD and competence teams

Participate area specific development projects, e.g. MOP/OP, 5S or Lean

Self and active learning about automation system

Who you are

You have ability to work under pressure and tight schedule

You have communication skills across internal and external stakeholders

You have minimum two years working experience at automation or related equivalent working experience

You have basic SAP knowledge in plant maintenance area

You have basic data analysis and reporting skills

You have bachelor degree or above

You have fluent English in writing and speaking
