Role Description:
The position is primarily responsible for driving sales of LOTH products and services. He/she will establish and enhance LOTH’s presence, our credibility within the market, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve sales targets. In this role, he/she will be a natural connector and understand the value of LOTH’s offerings. He/she will have great networking and prospecting skills and enjoy collaborating with others.
Key Accountabilities:
Prospecting new business and new client relationships
Driving business growth
Accelerating opportunity creation
Expanding network with key influencers in the market
Developing strategic business plans
Engage with clients at all levels from C-Suite and below
Detailed Responsibilities:
Opportunity creation by developing and maintaining social and professional relationships with customers, manufacturer reps, A&D firms, corporate real estate, developers, construction firms; across all vertical segments.
Network extensively for leads through business groups, real estate brokers, A&D community, local com munity organizations and associations (etc.). Purposefully develop a network of relationships (present-term and long-term) that drive value and leads within the market.
Provide knowledge around challenges, market threats, and competition. Communicate and partner with sales leadership team on strategy.
Meet and Exceed quarterly Key Performance Indicators.
Develop and implement a strategy to focus on our targeted non-users.
Identifying new business opportunities within defined market segments and maintain an active, healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
Proficient with managing long sales cycles, the processes, and pipeline management.
Effectively manage and hand off opportunities to Workplace Consultants at the defined place in our sales cycle.
Positively represent the LOTH brand and provide excellent customer experience. This includes communicating effectively with internal partners to ensure a seamless project process where all team members are well informed and supported to meet the customers’ needs
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of current workplace issues and trends across industries and use these insights to become a knowledge resource to clients to solve for their business issues.
Develop an extensive knowledge of the integrated solutions and services offered by LOTH.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5 + years successful sales experience, selling with a solution focus, and establishing a value proposition that differentiates from the competition
Proficient in utilizing a CRM, Hubspot; preferred.
Strong new business networking and prospecting skills.
Proven track record achieving measurable sales goals as assigned by leader and willing to accept responsibility for results.
